Protecting the introduction
Taking a Job Seeker offline after a REFCOMM introduction does not cancel the reward. The named Referrer is bound to the application. The qualifying hire is the hire recorded on REFCOMM. That record is what makes the payout payable. Escrow-backed settlement is coming up next — until then, the obligation is the platform record and the Employer terms, not a private handshake.

The introduction that reached the Employer stays named. You are not asked to restart off-platform.
Referrer
The promised reward stays attached to that named path. A side conversation after the intro does not erase it.

You set the rupee reward when you publish. You pay it after a qualifying hire recorded on REFCOMM.
Referral rewards are chosen by the Employer in rupees. REFCOMM takes a platform fee from that reward. There is no separate percentage-of-CTC REFCOMM placement fee. Escrow is coming up next. Subscription invoices are issued after Razorpay confirms payment — GST is stored when you give a GSTIN, and is not calculated until counsel locks rates. Referral rewards never appear on a subscription invoice.
