What we collect
Account data (name, email, authentication identifiers). Professional profiles and Talent Cards. Resumes/CVs you upload. Referral information, including who requested, vouched, or received an introduction. Employer organization, role, compensation, and reward data. Subscription, Razorpay payment, transaction, and payout records. Communications and in-app notifications. Product analytics in REFCOMM's database. Cookie and session data needed to keep you signed in.
AI processing
REFCOMM may use AI to structure resumes, job descriptions, matching explanations, and — for Professional Plus subscribers — AI Adaptive Interviews and AI-generated assessments. AI output is advisory. Humans review it. We do not fabricate AI results when the provider is unavailable. AI Adaptive Interview is not available on the free Professional plan.
Payments
Subscription billing, employer-funded referral rewards, REFCOMM platform fees, and Referrer payout records are processed with Razorpay. REFCOMM does not currently provide escrow. Escrow-backed settlement is coming up next. Payment processors receive the data required to complete a transaction.
Cookies
Session cookies keep you signed in. Production session cookies are HttpOnly where configured. We do not use PostHog or Sentry in V1.
Retention, deletion, and processors
We retain account, hiring, referral, and financial records for as long as needed to operate the platform, meet legal/accounting duties, and resolve disputes. You may request account deletion; some financial and audit records may be retained where the law requires. Third-party processors include Supabase (database/auth), Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI features when configured).
Indian privacy requirements
REFCOMM is operated for users in India. We process personal data to provide the requested service, perform contracts, and meet legal obligations. Contact privacy@refcomm.ai for access, correction, or deletion requests. This notice does not claim a specific certification.
