What REFCOMM is
REFCOMM is professional referral infrastructure and a trusted referral network. It is not a recruitment agency. Employers subscribe for platform access and decide what a successful referral is worth. REFCOMM takes a transparent platform fee from that employer-funded reward. The remainder is the Referrer payout, subject to taxes and charges.
Professionals
Provide accurate information. You own your profile and Talent Card. AI processing, including AI Adaptive Interview on Professional Plus, is advisory and optional for being hired. There is no employment guarantee.
Referrers
Make legitimate introductions. No spam, fraud, or self-referral abuse. Duplicate referrals for the same Professional and role do not create duplicate rewards. Attribution is deterministic. Reward eligibility and payout follow the published qualifying hire condition and payment/payout workflow. Independent recruiters, consultants, and network operators participate through the same Referrer model.
Employers
Publish accurate opportunity and compensation information. The selected referral reward is a commitment. The named Referrer stays attached to the introduction. Taking the conversation offline after a REFCOMM introduction does not cancel that reward. The V1 qualifying hire is the hire recorded on REFCOMM. Pay the employer reward when payable. Keep your subscription current for paid employer capabilities. Disputes are handled through the platform records and payment provider.
Payments
Subscription billing and referral rewards are separate. REFCOMM's platform fee is taken from the employer-funded reward, not added on top. Amounts are calculated server-side. Cancellation of a paid subscription is at period end: paid access remains until the paid period ends. Refunds, failures, disputes, and reversals follow Razorpay and applicable law. REFCOMM does not currently provide escrow. Escrow-backed settlement is coming up next. Paid is shown only after payout confirmation.
Platform
No employment or hiring guarantee. AI has limitations and can be unavailable. REFCOMM may prevent fraud, moderate misuse, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
